The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the relationship between the Level of Knowledge and Attitudes on Intraconduct Medication and Irrigation in the students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon of the 2018-I academic semester; the sample was constituted by 59 students of fourth, fifth and sixth level of the UNAP School of Dentistry. A quantitative, non-experimental, correlational, transversal and prospective study was carried out; with a Richardson's K of 0.935 for the knowledge questionnaire and a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.919 for the attitude questionnaire. 44.1% of the total students obtained deficient knowledge, 33.9% efficient knowledge and 22% intermediate knowledge; in the question number one of knowledge "Place the correct answer regarding intraconduct mediation" had 96.6% of students who answered correctly; 59.3% of students showed unfavorable attitudes and 40.7% favorable attitudes, the question number eight of attitude "Do you use sodium hypochlorite as a conduit irrigator?" 98, 3% of the students had a positive attitude; 40.7% of students had deficient knowledge with unfavorable atti-tudes meanwhile 28.8% had efficient knowledge with favorable attitudes (p=0.000) on Medication and Intraconduct Irrigation. We concluded that there is a relationship between the Level of Knowledge and Attitudes on Medication and Intraconduct Irriga-tion in the students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University ofthe Peruvi-an Amazon.
