To determine the in vitro cytotoxic activity of leaves and fruit immature de Inga edulis Mart. From the Tamshiyacu community reserve, Fernando Lores Tenazoa District, Loreto Region. The sample collected and conditioned, dried in a dehumidifying equipment at a constant temperature of 35 ° C for six days, which were subsequently micropulverized. 50 g was weighed and macerated in ethanol-water solution (70:30), obtaining the hydroalcoholic extract. The cysts of Artemia franciscana were hatched to nauplii. For the cytotoxic evaluation, 07 columns were labeled with 03 test tubes respectively, which contained 20 nauplii with the extract in concentrations of 1500 ppm, 1000 ppm, 500 ppm, 50 ppm and 10 ppm; plus its respective negative control (nauplii and solution IO 3% added) and positive control containing 400 ppm of K2Cr2O7. Later, it was covered with aluminum foil (to all the test tubes) and the 20W lamps were placed on both sides for 24 hours. The determination of the cytotoxic activity was carried out through the LC50 calculation via Probit analysis, obtaining an CL50 of 0,05724 ppm immature fruit and 9,20662 ppm for leaves respectively. It was concluded that the immature fruit and leaves of Inga edulis Mart. present cytotoxic activity with a LC50 = 0.05724ppm and a LC50 = 9.20662ppm respectively, since both values are considered as extremely toxic.
