Nivel de conocimiento sobre antibióticoterapia y la actitud frente a la prescripción de antibióticos de los cirujanos dentistas colegiados en la provincia de Maynas- 2013

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo Determinar la relación entre el Nivel de Conocimiento sobre antibioticoterapia y la Actitud frente a la prescripción de antibióticos de los cirujanos dentistas colegiados en la provincia de Maynas 2013, el tipo de investigacion fue Cuantitativo y el diseño de Investigación fue No experimental transversal, del tipo Descriptivo Correlaciona!. La poblacion estuvo conformada por 118 cirujanos dentistas. El instrumento utilizado para medir el nível de conocimiento sobre antibioticoterapia fue un cuestionario de conocimiento sobre la antibioticoterapia. El instrumento utilizado para identificar la actitud frente a la prescripcion de antibióticos fue la escala de actitud tipo LICKERT, validada por juicio de expertos. La muestra obtenida de 98 cirujanos dentistas obtuvo en el nivel de conocimiento de regular y bueno, un 71.4% y 20.4% respectivamente, se encontró que el 20.4% de los colegiados tuvieron una actitud favorable a la prescripción de antibióticos. Se demuestra relación estadísticamente significativa entre el Nivel de Conocimiento sobre antibioticoterapia y la Actitud frente la prescripción de antibióticos de los cirujanos dentistas colegiados en la provincia de Maynas 2013", mediante la prueba de hipótesis con un X2 c = 9.738; gl = 2; p = 0.008 (p < 0.05).

The present search study had goal about the relation between knowledge level about antibiotics therapy and how the collegiate dentist think about prescription of antibiotics in maynas province 2013. The kind of research was quantitative and the research design was no transverse experimento f the kind of corretional descriptive. The population was formed by 118 surgeons. W e used the questionnaire. Od knowledge about antibiotics therapies. We used the actitude seale of the kind lickert, approved by expearters dentist. The results of the sample of 98 surgeons was about of regular and good a 71.4% and 20.4% respectively, we found that 20.4% about the collegrates dentist was good to antibiotics prescription. We show an statistics relations between the knowledge level about antibioticotheraphy, and how they know about the antibiotic prescriptions.
