In order to determine the concentration of Sedimentable Atmospheric Powders (Cabrera, et al. 2008). Ambient temperature and relative humidity and its relation to the quality of life established by WHO, Produced by the use of kitchens without chimney (Contaminación, proyecto de fogones, 2016). And improved kitchens (Fisher, A. 2008). In the interior of the housing of Sector 1 of the Center Population of Maypuco- Marañon river, 10 houses were selected(30%) With 2 types of kitchen: 05 of Tushpa or kitchen without chimney(T) And 05 improved kitchen or kitchen with fireplace(CM). Using the passive method of Plates or Gravimetric (Cabrera, et al. 2008), The samples were collected every 24 hours during the period of one month. It also took the temperature and relative humidity of the kitchen environment, In the before, during and after the lunch preparation. The results showed that the amounts of PAS in mg / cm2 / 30 days did not exceed the permissible reference value of 0.5 mg / cm2 / 30 days according to WHO, Respect to the two types of kitchens: 0.0524 mg / cm2 / 30 days (improved cooking) and 0.0502 mg / cm2 / 30 days (cooking without chimney). As a result, we find that the kitchen environments are suitable for human health. Regarding the meteorological conditions of the temperature in ° C and the relative humidity (%) do not present statistical difference for the treatments with respect to the two types of kitchens. Being the novelty in our study that the improved kitchens also increase the heat of the environment where it cooks, This is due to the poor maintenance and cleaning that most users provide to improved kitchens in addition to the area where they use the tushpas tend to be a little wider.
