Hansen's disease is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae (Hansen bacillus), discovered as a causal agent of evil by the Norwegian doctor Gerhard Arnaner Hansen in 1873, but is regarded as the oldest disease of the world because it exists before the existence of Jesus Christ. The present study, aimed at showing the most common oral lesions of Hansen's disease in patients from the community of San Pablo del Amazonas - Loreto 2013. The type of research was quantitative; the design was not experimental, descriptive simple and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 22 patients. The instrument used to identify the most frequent lesions was tab for collecting data on more frequent oral leslons in Hansen's disease in patients from the community of San Pablo of the Amazon - Loreto 2013. Of 22 patients diagnosed with Hansen; 17 men doing a percentage 77.27°/o and 05 women doing a percentage of 22. 73°/o, with an average age between 60 to 90 years. These patients have a history of 20 to 80 years. The average of the types of Hansen that present: 18.18 °/o of the type tuberculoid, 22. 73°/o of the type bordeline and 59.09 °/o of the lepromatous type; the latter being the more aggressive. Of the 22 patients all presented oral lesions, pigmentations and bone reabsorption taking a percentage of 100o/o each one; dental caries and periodontal disease taking a percentage of 59.09°/o each one, 31.82o/o and 22. 72o/o of vesicles and ulcers respectively.
