This research had as a general problem, How are leadership styles related to job performance in the District Municipality of San Juan 2019? The general objective was to determine how leadership styles are related to job performance in the San Juan District Municipality 2019, The general problem is, How are leadership styles related to job performance in the San Juan District Municipality 2019? The study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population was made up of 696 administrative workers from the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista. The sample consisted of 248 administrative workers from the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista. The technique was the interview and the instruments were the questionnaire. During the development in table 5 and graph 5, it is observed that of the 100% (248) administrative workers surveyed, 37% (92) answered that always, 33% (82) that sometimes and 30% (74) than ever, and; In table 10 and graph 10, it is observed that of the 100% (248) administrative workers surveyed, 40% (100) answered that always, 31% (77) that sometimes and 29% (71) that never. It was concluded that according to the evaluation of the general hypothesis, it was possible to determine that leadership styles have a significant relationship with job performance in the District Municipality of San Juan 2019.
