Hydroalcoholic and ethanolic Mansoa alliacea "ajo sacha" (family Bignoniaceae) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus: In this research the antimicrobial activity of the extracts was determined. The species was collected in the Botanical Garden of the Institute of Traditional Medicine (IMET-ESSALUD), District of San Juan Bautista-Iquitos, different concentrations of the extracts were tested in the study by macrodilution method using Mueller Hinton results no activity for the growth of bacteria in all dilutions of the extracts evaluated determined that the null hypothesis is accepted and alternatives are rejected. It was concluded that Mansoa alliacea "ajo sacha" plant no antibacterial activity.
