The present investigation work was developed in the lands of the Ability of Agronomy, I Found Zungarococha (I Project Bovine) in the km 5 800 of the highway Iquitos-Nauta. Saint John the Baptist district; County of Maynas; Department of Loreto, with the objective of determining the best dose in Eisenia foetida more estierco of bovine on the agronomic characteristics and yield of the grass Maralfalfa (Pennisetum sp). to complete the objectives outlined investigation work presently the Design of Complete Blocks it was used at random, with (5) treatments and (4) repetitions and the statistical test of Tukey. With the obtained results you arrived the following conclusions: That the best dose in Eisenia foetida more estierco of bovine was the T4 (2000 lombrices/m2) with respect to the height (2,15 m), production of biomass (7.05 kg/m2) and production of dry matter (45 g/m2). I Respect to the Production of biomass for hectare the best treatment it was the T4 (2000 lombrices/m2) that obtained a production of 7.05 kg/m2 and 70 500 toneladas/hectárea. therefore, the hypothesis is accepted outlined investigation work presently
