The research was carried out with the objective of determining the effect of the application of different levels of potassium and uniform dose of nitrogen on the yield and agronomic characteristics of the cucumber crop (Cucumis sativus L.), in the Esperanza farm, Yurimaguas road - Munichis km. 13, province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto region. The design of Random Complete Blocks (DBCA) was used with (5) treatments and (4) repetitions, evaluating the following parameters: Plant height, fruit diameter (cm), fruit length (cm), number of fruits per plants, fruit weight (g), yield (Kg / ha). The results obtained were evaluated by means of the Analysis of variance and the test of independent comparisons of Tukey. It is concluded that in Treatment T3 the best result was obtained in terms of greater average fruit diameter with 4.72 (cm), greater fruit length with 18.13 cm in length, higher number of fruits per plant with 5.94 fruits, and Finally, the highest yield kg / ha with 15744.78 kg., confirming the hypothesis raised in the present investigation.
