The COVID.19 disease is affecting the work performance of teachers, basically in their emotional state, for this reason the investigation entitled Burnout Syndrome in teachers in times of the COVID.19 pandemic was carried out from two state educational institutions at the District Primary level of Bethlehem - 2020; The objective was to determine the level of the Burnout syndrome in the teachers of the primary level of the Educational Institutions Enry Herber Linares Soto and San Lucas; the type of research is descriptive and the non-experimental design of the simple descriptive type with a population of 43 teachers and the sample is 100% of the population, that is to say, the 43 teachers; The instrument used for data collection was the Burnout Syndrome Test; reaching the following conclusion: there is a high level of Burnout syndrome in teachers at the primary level of the Educational Institutions Enry Herber Linares Soto and San Lucas; the most important aspects for this high level of burnout to happen; the children do not comply with the assigned tasks, parents are not familiar with the handling of cell phones, laptop, ignorance of applications such as Zoom, Google Meet among others, parents do not respect the established consultation hours and call teachers at different times to ask about their children's homework, several children do not have cell phones, Lap top or internet, the latter according to the INEI only 40% of the population has this service, finally the internet in the city Iquitos is very bad, even more so considering that there are children who do not live in the city of Iquitos but in nearby communities where internet service is worse or simply does not exist.
