The research is development in the communities of Indiana, Varadero and Sinchicuy Lodge, District of Indiana, Maynas Province, Loreto region. The objective was to determine the effects of land titling in rural households in the District of Indiana. The information was obtained directly from the people, by means of a survey and also collected data, prior review of the same in the archives of the DISAFILPA (Address of physical and legal title to the property former Special Land Titling Project (PETT) of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as data in the offices of the institutions present in the area. The sample consisted of 42 people distributed in the three communities in study, opted for a convenience sample, because the characteristics of these populations do not show large differences with regard to the objective of the investigation. It was concluded that there are social, economic and environmental effects of land titling in the study area, in terms of social effects: people have title to their land that allows them to have legal security of tenure. The economic effects is the obtaining of economic income for other productive as the fish breeding and cultivation of cocoa, sugar cane and vegetables. Maintain productive areas between 1 to 6 ha in which develop new technologies and features some infrastructure for their crops or livestock farming. How to protrude aspects such as environmental effects leave at rest or "fallow" soils (more than 7 years), maintain cover crops in soil, retain primary forests on their land where extracted as needed and practice reforestation activities with commercially valuable species of trees.
