For the development of this thesis the method of “Applied Research and Practice“ was used by that seeks to solve the aforementioned problems, so the process has been applied and scientific procedures established by various authors; as well as techniques and instruments set out in the standards of our Andean University of Cusco. Nowadays Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the district of San Jeronimo has a lot of economic problems having no liquidity to meet its short-term debts, so the negotiable bill entered as a security, means that they can negotiate and / or endorse a financial institution belonging to an institution of Securities Clearing and Settlement (ICLV) so we can have an immediate liquidity. The research aims to “determine the extent of the Invoice use as a means of financing Negotiable generates economic effects on liquidity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the district of San Jeronimo Cusco period 2015“. The research has hypothetically “Using Invoice Financing Negotiable as a means generates economic effects on liquidity significantly in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the district of San Jeronimo Cusco period 2015“. The owners have lack of knowledge about the Bill Negotiable, do not know they have economic case for company benefits, to get to collect that money must first endorse a bank their bills receivable and thus have an immediate liquidity sales credit. Our research aims conclusion: “ To determine whether Bill Negotiable as a means of financing does not provide liquidity in SMEs as stated by respondents, they have no knowledge about the Invoice Negotiable, which we can observe in the table and figure No. 11 , is 75.76 % indicates that respondents tell us they do not have adequate knowledge about the Invoice Negotiable, this can give economic in their favor profits and thus let through many investments that are presented for lack economic liquidity and have immediate liquidity in case of credit sales long term , all this happens due to lack of information and / or training for supervisors and likewise entities by their own accountant “. Finally the bibliography and annexes of the thesis that demonstrates the consistency of it is presented.
