The purpose of the study is to increase productivity, for which it was concluded that the main causes are the inadequate postures that workers adopt when carrying out their activities. The activities they carry out daily are soil compaction, steel reinforcement, formwork , concrete pouring, these activities were evaluated applying the REBA method, and the NIOSH method, where it indicates a High level of risk, it is contemplated that the conditions of the activities should be improved to prevent ailments or long-term injuries. The investigation demonstrated that, applying ergonomic controls to the workers, increases the productivity of 1.8% in the compaction of soils, 0.33% in the reinforcement of steel, 2.65% in the found, 0.22% in the emptying of concrete and in turn improves the worker's quality of life. The effectiveness of the work carried out with the ergonomic controls giving greater effectiveness to the activity without ergonomic controls.
