Management of references and against references obstetric patients treated at the Red Micro Cusco San Sebastian 2014 . Descriptive, quantitative, retrospective study, 60 obstetric patients referred , in order to determine the management of referral and obstetric patients. Results: regarding the sociodemographic and reproductive characteristics , age 19-34 years ( 56.7 % ), secondary study ( 56.7 % ) , 91.7 % are cohabiting , 60 % of rural area, 100 % have comprehensive health insurance , 50 % had 2-3 children on average 3.5 , 95 % institutional deliveries , and 53.3 % use natural contraception methods . reference management of obstetric patients at the facility level , were 100% micro network , with the establishment of destination a hospital , 60 % are accompanied , 63% identify the health problem , the diagnosis in 30 % infections, staff responsible 53 % obstetrician, support resources laboratory tests 30 % , stable patient condition 100 %, 23% received medication, 58 % with coordination , 58.4 % destination emergency service ambulance 58.4 %, 100 % timely care , attention is 12 hrs . The management of obstetric referral from the community level patients takes place in san Sebastian micro network . The relevance of the counter- report of obstetric patients referred evidenced with 98.3% who arrived in stable condition, 100 % went to an establishment more decisive and justified ability , no patient died.
