The recent research entitled "Evaluation of the efficiency of the doses of microorganisms in the elaboration of compost from organic waste, district of San Jeronimo, Cusco-2023", whose objective is to evaluate the efficiency of the doses of microorganisms in the elaboration of compost from organic waste from the Vinocanchon market and the company "Distribuidor Logistico Z & P". The experimental design was used for a period of 50 days, from May to June 2023, where four treatments were applied with three replicates each, each containing different concentrations of efficient microorganisms: T1: control treatment with 0% efficient microorganisms (EM); T2: with 20% EM, T3: with 30% EM and T4: with 40% EM. With an initial weight of 250 kg for each compost pile. The parameters (temperature, humidity and pH) were monitored twice a week in order to analyze changes during the process as indicated in the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP 201.208 and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO); 30 days after the start of the study, samples were collected for laboratory analysis to determine the condition of the compost. After 50 days, it was verified that the temperature, pH and humidity had reached stability, as well as the dark color and the smell of fresh earth (indicators of mature compost), and samples were collected again for a final laboratory analysis of the physical-chemical parameters (pH, electrical conductivity, bulk density, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total calcium, total magnesium, organic matter and C/N ratio) of the compost. Therefore, it was determined that the most efficient dose was T4 with a concentration of 40% of efficient microorganisms that improved the physical and chemical properties of the compost, resulting in the final averages, C/N ratio 14.8/1, Total Nitrogen 1.77 %, Total Phosphorus 0.50 %, Total Potassium 2.25 % and Organic Matter 33.87 %.
