The research was conducted on the organizational stressors that are found in their work environment and affect their physical and psychological well-being, thus affecting productivity, and its objective was to describe the organizational stressors in this hospital in the city of Cusco, 2023. This research used a quantitative approach with a deductive method, was descriptive in scope with a non-experimental design and had a cross sectional study population, with a non- probabilistic census sample of 70 healthcare personnel including doctors, nurses and technical staff. In order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the total population, data were collected through the survey method using the questionnaire. The results of the research present an overview of how organizational stressors affect the emergency area of the Adolfo Guevara Velasco National Hospital, with 42.9% indicating that it is medium and 40.0% indicating that it is high, according to the healthcare personnel. With respect to these results, it can be observed that organizational stressors are present in the emergency area, which would be generating a high level of stress in the healthcare personnel, which surprisingly would be affecting their medical attention to their patients because they are not in safe physical and psychological conditions to perform their functions.
