This study explores how capacity development facilitated by Field Schools (SENASA) relates to the economic well-being of dairy farmers in the Pomacanchi district, Acomayo province, Cusco in the year 2023. A quantitative, cross-sectional approach was adopted. , non-experimental and descriptive correlational to analyze a sample of 92 dairy producers. A survey structured in questionnaires was used as the main data collection tool. The results revealed a moderate positive correlation between skills development and general economic well-being, with a correlation coefficient of 0.368 and a significance level of 0.000, suggesting that training is significantly related to improvements in the economic well-being of employees. producers. Furthermore, a weak positive correlation was observed between skill development and purchasing power, with a coefficient of 0.280 and a significance level of 0.007, indicating that training has a slight relationship with the improvement of purchasing power. Likewise, the relationship between capacity development and producers' income showed a weak positive correlation, with a coefficient of 0.254 and a significance level of 0.020, which implies that other factors must also be considered to influence the increase in income. income. In conclusion, Field Schools (SENASA) have a positive relationship with several areas of the economic well- being of dairy producers, especially in the general area, although the relationship is not equally strong in all economic dimensions.
