The objective of this research is to determine the obstetric complications related to periodontal disease in pregnant women with a history of COVID-19 treated at the Belenpampa 2022 Health Center, the methodology used being a correlational, quantitative, retrospective analytical study with a non-experimental design, where the population were pregnant women with a history of COVID-19 who received dental care as part of comprehensive care in prenatal care and their delivery was institutional between January 1 June 30, 2022, being a total of 166. Results: Regarding the general characteristics both for those who had or not a diagnosis of periodontal disease, the outstanding age is from 19 to 34 years, marital status married or cohabiting, with secondary or higher education and are less than 6 face-to-face or virtual prenatal care, are housewives. Preterm delivery is related to periodontal disease in pregnant women with a history of COVID-19 treated at the Belenpampa 2022 Health Center, with a value of p = 0.04. Premature rupture of membranes is related to periodontal disease in pregnant women with a history of COVID-19 treated at the Belenpampa 2022 Health Center, with a value of p = 0.04. Low birth weight is not related to periodontal disease in pregnant women with a history of COVID-19 treated at the Belenpampa 2022 Health Center, with a p value of 0.07. Conclusions: Periodontal disease is related to obstetric complications such as preterm labor and premature rupture of membranes.
