Incidencia, características y complicaciones de la hemorragia postparto en pacientes atendidas en Hospitales del Ministerio de Salud Cusco 2017.

Abstract

Incidencia, características y complicaciones de la hemorragia postparto en pacientes atendidas en Hospitales del Ministerio de Salud Cusco 2017. Estudio cuyo objetivo general es identificar la incidencia, características y complicaciones de la hemorragia postparto, investigación descriptiva, de corte transversal, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo. Resultados: De 980 casos de hemorragia post parto de un total de 5 433 partos atendidos que se presentan en el Hospital Regional (HR), siendo la incidencia de 0.180, es decir 180 de cada 1000 partos presenta esta patología; en el Hospital Antonio Lorena (HAL) un total de 502 de 3 622 partos atendidos con una incidencia de 0.138, es decir, 138 de cada 1000 partos presenta esta patología. Las características demográficas son edades entre 35 años a más, grado de instrucción secundaria, estado civil conviviente, amas de casa, con atenciones pre natales deficientes, multigestas, y presencia de anemia; respecto a las características de la gestación hubo presencia de desprendimiento prematuro de placenta, en el parto conducción del parto, tipo de parto vaginal, características del periodo expulsivo y alumbramiento con laceraciones del canal del parto, retención de restos placentarios. Las complicaciones de la hemorragia postparto fueron anemia leve y shock hipovolémico.
