La muerte civil como instrumento para erradicar los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios en la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis.

Abstract

La presente investigación, posee como primer alcance, analizar si la muerte civil se aplica correctamente en los casos sobre corrupción de funcionarios en la municipalidad provincial de Canchis. Ya que en la actualidad los casos de corrupción se incrementaron desmesuradamente en la provincia de Canchis, sin embargo en el año 2016 se promulgo un decreto legislativo N° 1243 ya que tierne por objeto, la ampliación de la duración de la inhabilitación, por tanto la inhabilitación se convirtió en perpetua, pero vemos que no se aplica correctamente puesto que los casos de corrupción de funcionarios se incrementa notablemente en la provincia Canchis, en la región del Cusco y la misma capital del Perú. En tal sentido la metodología es el cualitativo de tipo básico empleando la técnica de entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de documento.

The present investigation, has as its first scope, to analyze if civil death is applied correctly in cases of corruption of officials in the provincial municipality of Canchis. Since at present the cases of corruption increased disproportionately in the province of Canchis, however in 2016 a legislative decree No. 1243 was promulgated since its purpose is to extend the duration of the disqualification, therefore the Disqualification became perpetual, but we see that it is not applied correctly since the cases of corruption of officials are notably increasing in the Canchis province, in the Cusco region and in the capital of Peru itself. In this sense, the methodology is qualitative of the basic type using the technique of semi- structured interviews and document analysis.
