Reaching the following conclusion: it has been shown that there are insufficient and scarce investigations regarding the quality of judicial sentences, even more research that seeks to reflect the judicial sentences issued in civil processes, as well as It is recommended to future researchers who want investigate the topic to use other types of questionnaires that allow evaluating the litigant's satisfaction variable to know another perception and complement the diagnosis. Furthermore, when finding the relationship between the variables and testing the hypothesis, use other statistical tools that facilitate its calculation.
