Due to the growth acceleration of the automotive fleet and current government policies, all road projects will have as a component of the definitive studies a traffic study, thus verifying the possible impact that this infrastructure can generate on the road and circulation of its surroundings. In the case of the implementation of new road infrastructure, the new conditions will be evaluated versus the present and future demand. According to the verified traffic, the area under study is very busy with mixed mobility vehicles, that is, local private vehicles and heavy vehicles of interprovincial and interdistrict origin. The presence of new centers of attraction must be evaluated for the implementation of proposals that regulate vehicular flows through mitigation actions, presented in this study. For the present study; The methodology of the HCM 2010 (Highway Capacity Manual) and the Road Capacity Manual of the Technical Road Association - Spanish Committee of the AIPCR (which is version of the HCM 2010, with terminology translated into Spanish), according to which has proceeded to conduct the study at two levels of analysis; the operational level, which consists in determining the current operating conditions of the intersection under study and the level of preliminary design, design that will implement the mitigation actions resulting from the study. The methodology used for this study begins with the determination of the study area and the area of influence, as well as the capacity points and the collection of information from the study area. The following activities were carried out for the development of the study: A. Collection of field data - Track geometry - Vehicle flows at rush hour - Status or traffic light configuration B. Scenario analysis - Current 2019 - Future 2039 without project - Future with 2039 proposal. The results of the operational analysis resulting from the modeling of the corridor will help us avoid future problems with road corridors.
