This research seeks to improve physical and mechanical properties of soil material from the quarry Km 2 + 700 San Jeronimo - Mayumbamba , of the CU -123 route adding to this ionizing additive ( CON- AID) For the experimental development of research, laboratory testing was performed by adding chemical additive CON- AID 15%, 30 %, 45 % and 60 % to determine soil plasticity, the degree of compaction, bearing capacity CBR and costs stabilized soil. Thus achieving demonstrate that increasing ionic additive quarry material 02 + 700Km this demonstrate increments bearing capacity of the material was obtained, also shown to increase the bearing capacity CBR in 244.35 % is increased by adding a 60 % additive CON - AID.
