Construcción y validación de un test de violencia de pareja hacia las mujeres violentadas de la ciudad de Cusco, 2023.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general construir y validar un test que mida la violencia de pareja hacia las mujeres violentadas de la ciudad de Cusco, 2023. Es de enfoque cuantitativo y de alcance descriptivo con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, desarrollado con mujeres violentadas de los distritos de Cusco ciudad (Cusco, San Jerónimo, Wánchaq, San Sebastián y Santiago). Se construyó la primera versión del test con seis dimensiones y 95 ítems para el análisis de contenido por juicio de expertos llegando a una segunda versión de 62 ítems, posterior a la prueba piloto se realiza el análisis factorial exploratorio con una tercera versión de 40 ítems aplicada a 1000 mujeres violentadas para analizar la confiabilidad. Finalmente, en la versión final de 20 ítems el análisis de confiabilidad muestra coeficientes de Alfa de Cronbach y correlaciones (ítem – test e ítem – dimensión) superiores a 0.7, 0.8 y 0.9 siendo valores altos y muy altos de confiabilidad. En el análisis factorial confirmatorio encontramos que los valores de CFI, TLI, SRMR y RMSEA muestran buenos valores de ajuste, concluyendo que el test tiene propiedades psicométricas adecuadas para su aplicación tanto en la validez, confiabilidad, objetividad y mide adecuadamente la violencia de pareja hacia la mujer en la ciudad del Cusco.

The main objective of the investigation was to make and validate a test that messure the intimate partner violence to the abused women in the city of Cusco, 2023. These investigation has a quantitative focus and with descriptive scope with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, developed with abused women of the districts of Cusco city (Cusco, San Jerónimo, Wanchaq, San Sebastián and Santiago). The first version of the test was developed with six dimensions and nithty five items for content analysis by expert judgment, arriving at a second version of sixty two items. After the first pilot test, exploratory factor analysis was carried out with a third version of forty items applied to one Thousand abused women to analyze reliability. Finally, in the final version of twenty items, the reliability analysis shows Cronbach's Alpha coefficients and correlations (item – test and item – dimension) higher than 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9, being high and very high reliability values. In the confirmatory factor analysis we found that the CFI, TLI, SRMR, and RMSEA shows adecuated values, reaching the conclusion that the test has adequate psychometric properties for its application in terms of validity, reliability, objectivity and adequately measures the intimate partner violence to the abused women in the city of Cusco.
