Determinantes de la oferta laboral juvenil en la provincia de Cusco, 2019

Abstract

En este estudio se realizó el análisis de los determinantes de la oferta laboral juvenil en la Provincia del Cusco en el presente año 2019. Se realizó con el objetivo de Identificar y analizar los principales determinantes de la oferta laboral juvenil en la Provincia del Cusco, 2019. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo. La población de estudio estuvo integrada por habitantes de la Provincia del Cusco correspondientes al grupo etario que se encuentra entre los 14 y 29 años, siendo un total de 134,236. La muestra se calculó por muestreo probabilística al azar, para poblaciones finitas haciendo un total de 150.

Se ha jerarquizado el grado de determinación de los indicadores de socioeducativos en la formación de la oferta laboral juvenil, de la siguiente manera: el Sexo y la Posición en el hogar, tienen un bajo nivel de determinación de la Oferta Laboral Juvenil. El tipo de gestión de la institución de educación secundaria, Si cuenta con estudios superiores concluidos, actualmente realiza Estudios complementarios, y el Tipo de gestión de la institución de educación superior, son determinantes moderados de la Oferta Laboral Juvenil. Mientras que, la Edad, la Residencia principal, y el Grado de instrucción alcanzado tienen un alto nivel de determinación de la Oferta Laboral Juvenil.

This study performed the analysis of the determinants of youth labor supply in the Province of Cusco in the present year of 2019. It was carried out with the objective of Identifying and analyzing the main determinants of youth labor supply in the Province of Cusco, 2019. The methodology applied was of the basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The study population consisted of inhabitants of the Province of Cusco corresponding to the age group that is between 14 and 29 years, being a total of 134,236. The sample was calculated by random probabilistic sampling, for finite populations making a total of 150.

The degree of determination of socioeducational indicators in the formation of the youth labor offer has been ranked, as follows: Sex and Position in the home, have a low level of determination of the Youth Labor Offer. The type of management of the institution of secondary education, If you have completed higher education, currently conducting complementary studies, and the type of management of the institution of higher education, are moderate determinants of the Youth Labor Offer. Whereas, the Age, the main Residence, and the Degree of instruction reached have a high level of determination of the Juvenile Labor Offer.
