The objective of this research work was to determine the anatomical variants of the root canal system of tooth pieces in the upper and lower right hemiarches, according to Vertucci in CT scans. Where it was used as an instrument, data collection tab and the study method was descriptive, observational of a transverse type, retrospective, non-experimental where the sample was made up of 82 scans in which 1148 tooth pieces were evaluated, the which were taken with the MYRAYbranded CT scanner, model HYPERION X 9, with a field of view 11x11 cm with a cutting thickness of 0.25. Which were evaluated in an axial position, sagittal, coronal in relation to the dentary axis in which it was determined, the number of roots, number of ducts, the classification of ducts according to Vertucci and the shape of ducts, for which a cut was made cross-section and the middle third root was taken as a reference and the results are: Pieces 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 presented 100% a single root, a single duct and the classification according to Vertucci type I. Piece 1.4 79.3% single root and 20.7% two roots and classification according to Vertucci type I, II, III and IV. Piece 1.5 96.3% root 3.7% two roots, with one and two ducts, the classification according to Vertucci type I, II, III, IV and V. Piece 1.6 96.3% three roots with four ducts, the classification according to Vertucci type I, II and III. Piece 1.7 70.5% three roots with three ducts, the classification according to Vertucci type I, II, III, IV and VII. Pieces 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 presented 100% a single root, with a single duct, Vertucci type I. Piece 4.4 100% a single root with 89% a duct, Vertucci type I, III, IV and V. Piece 4.5 100% single root, single duct, Vertucci type I and V. Pieces 4.6 84.2% two roots, with three and four ducts, Vertucci type I, II, III, IV and V. The 4.7 piece 91.5% two roots with two conduits Vertucci type I, II, III, IV and V. Conclusion: Most of the teeth evaluated had one and two root canals and variation according to Vertucci, type I.
