The objective of this research was to identify factors related to cervical cancer screening in women aged 25 to 64 treated at the San Jerónimo Health Center in Cusco in 2024. A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational design was used. The study population included 490 women aged 25 to 64 who received care at the San Jerónimo Health Center during April, with a sample of 216 women selected through simple random probabilistic sampling. Data was collected through a survey using a 34- item questionnaire designed to assess factors related to cervical cancer screening. In conclusion, factors related to cervical cancer screening in women aged 25 to 64 treated at the San Jerónimo Health Center are cultural, knowledge, access to health services, and relationship with the partner; as the Spearman correlation test yielded significance values less than 0.05. This demonstrates a significant relationship between these factors and cervical cancer screening. On the other hand, sociodemographic factors did not show a significant relationship, as they presented a significance value greater than 0.05. Therefore, the results support the importance of addressing multiple aspects, including cultural and access factors, to improve cervical cancer screening programs in this population.
