Efectos de la capacitación del personal en la gestión logística del Hotel California Valle Sagrado Calca-2019

Abstract

La presente investigación intitulada “EFECTOS DE LA CAPACITACIÓN DEL PERSONAL EN LA GESTION LOGISTICA DEL HOTEL CALIFORNIA VALLE SAGRADO CALCA-2019”, donde se tiene como objetivo general determinar el efecto de la capacitación del personal en la gestión logística, en el “Hotel California” Valle Sagrado Calca. En cuanto a la metodología, se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo de nivel explicativo, donde se analiza el efecto de la capacitación del personal en la gestión logística, la población de estudio fue el total del personal que labora en el hotel; la técnica que se utilizó la encuesta y el instrumento de cuestionario de preguntas cerradas y el procesamiento de datos será el software SPSS 25 con el cual nos facilitará hacer el análisis estadístico y las pruebas de t-student. Se aplicó un diseño experimental en el cual participaron todo el personal que labora en el hotel y a su vez son los más beneficiados. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de campo se obtuvo una variación significativa después de la capacitación y se pudo corroborar con la prueba de t-student que existió un cambio significativo (bilateral) en cada dimensión (“gestión de compras”, “almacén”, “inventario”, “transporte y distribución”) y la variable de estudio (gestión logística).

Regarding the methodology, the quantitative approach of explanatory level was used, where the effect of the training of the personnel in the logistics management is analyzed, the study population was the total of the personnel that works in the hotel; The technique used for the survey and the closed-question questionnaire instrument and data processing will be the SPSS 25 software with which it will facilitate the statistical analysis and t-student tests. An experimental design was applied in which all the personnel who work in the hotel participated and in turn are the most benefited. Regarding the results obtained in the field study, it was obtained that a significant variation after the training and it was possible to corroborate with the t-student test that there was a significant change (bilateral) in each dimension (“purchase management“, “warehouse“, “inventory“, “transport and distribution“) and the study variable (logistics management).
