The present investigation topic tries to develop and demonstrate the influence that has the addition of the flying ash of coal type F like stabilizing to the granular material of sub it bases with a CBR = 32. 45 % for flexible pavings; this way there joined different percentages of flying ash of coal: 15 %, 20 % and 30 % of the dry weight of the material. This way, operating as a whole the material added with the above mentioned stabilizer (flying ash); the paving will manage to remove the charges imposed by the traffic (vertical efforts) contributing to our main target that is to increase its capacity of support (CBR) and this way to avoid flaws for permanent distortion of the paving in addition to providing to the structure a major time of useful life. The reason of which it was decided in favor to use this additive for the present investigation was not alone for its favoring physical and chemical properties, but also for the interest to know how this type of industrial residue will act in soils with ends ingenieriles For the experimental development of the research work the elements that shaped our design of sub base were added of the quarry of Patacancha - Huancarani and the flying ash of coal type F like agent estabilizante; all this to analyze the capacity of support of the material sub basically. Thus we conclude that, on having added the flying ash from the dosage of 15 % of the dry weight of the material, base revealed a major CBR increase to itself as regards the material of sub without additive.
