The present investigation was a descriptive study, with a correlational type approach whose design was non-experimental cross-sectional, which aimed to know the relationship between the levels of Resilience and the levels of Work Stress in the Personnel of the Traffic Division of the Police. Peru National Police Region Cusco during the national state of emergency due to COVID-19; The population considered for this study is made up of 143 police officers who share common conformation characteristics, to belong to the study sample. For data collection, the Wagnild and Young resilience scale and the ILO-WHO work stress questionnaire were used. The existence of a correlation between resilience and work stress was found. Conclusively, it was evidenced that the level of resilience in police officers is high, having variations according to the degree and time of service; The levels of work stress found in the police officers were low, having variations according to the degree and time of service.
