The objective of this research was to determine to what extent psychosocial risk is significantly related to resilience in students of the Quillabamba branch of the Universidad Andina del Cusco 2023, it was developed through a quantitative approach, with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non- experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 294 undergraduate university students of the 2023 - II academic semester, towhom the Psychosocial Risk Identification Test and the Resilience Scale (ER) were applied as instruments. Regarding the results found according to Spearman's correlation test, it revealed significant negative correlations between personal competence and eachof the three psychosocial factors evaluated: personal order (-0.263, p<0.000), family order (-0.307, p=0.000), and social order (-0.229, p=0.000), in a sample of 294 students. These results indicate that there is an inverse and significant relationship between personal competence and levels of psychosocial risk in students, accepting the alternative hypothesis (Hi). In practical terms, this suggests that as personal competence improves, perceived psychosocial risks in students' personal, family and social areas may decrease.
