The present research work was carried out in the logistics office of the District Municipality of San Pedro - Canchis - Cusco, with the objective of describing the Supply System, considering its four dimensions that are: information phase and needs control, phase negotiation, procurement and contracting, internment phase and the use and preservation phase. This research work is basic, the level is descriptive and the design is non-experimental - transversal, the study population being the staff that work in the logistics office that are 30 collaborators, for this research work the survey technique was used With the questionnaire of the questionnaire, the result was analyzed by the statistical software Excel and SPSS. When describing the Supply System variable, a result of 3.06 on average was obtained according to the scale of scale, representing a level neither adequate nor inadequate; the same one that was analyzed through its four phases, indicating that the information and needs control phase, obtained a result of 3.50, representing an adequate level, the negotiation, obtaining and contracting phase reached a result of 2.78, representing a neither adequate nor inadequate level, the internment phase obtained an average of 3.38, demonstrating an neither adequate nor inadequate level, finally the use and preservation phase obtained a result of 2.59, indicating an inadequate level; From these results we can describe that a large part of the staff is not trained to perform a function within the logistics office, since only some have the certification of the State Contracting Supervisory Body, which leads to technical procedures and processes do not get done properly.
