Economic development manifests itself in the improvement of the quality of life of the populations in the geographical area where they are located. The Cusco region has thirteen provinces, the majority being represented by rural areas, where populations live with their own way of living and economic development; the latter is reflected in the various economic activities carried out by various rural individuals, families, associations and micro-enterprises that use their productive potential to generate their income. The district of Ocongate in the province of Quispicanchis, was identified as an extremely poor district (before the years 1990 and 2010), after the economic situation improved, currently being poor (INEI, Mapa de Pobreza Provincial y Distrital 2009, Lima, October 2010), this improvement is insufficient because they still have their basic needs unsatisfied. The district is characterized by being a potential area in cattle and dairy, achieving this specialization, thanks to the support of public and private institutions (CCAIJO case). The objective of the research is to determine the impact of the economic well-being of rural dairy entrepreneurs in the Pinchimuromayo micro-basin of the Ocongate district, Quispicanchi province, period 2013-2017; Being this quantitative approach, descriptive explanatory scope, non-experimental-cross-sectional design, the sample consisted of 155 producers, in the same way 8 dairy plants. The results research show the impact is positive on the producers and processors of the Pinchimurumayo micro-basin, reflected in the improvement of economic well-being, in turn reflected in education, food, health, housing, clothing and acquisition fixed (own mobility); presented an effect in the reduction of child malnutrition in children under five age and improvement in educational level of dairy producers and processors.
