The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of working conditions and job satisfaction on the 2018-2019 graduates of the professional school of economics of the Universidad Andina del Cusco, an explanatory correlational scope methodology was used, a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. Cross-sectional, there was a population of 237 graduates and a sample of 147, to whom a questionnaire of questions was applied to test the hypotheses. The main results of the study were the following: in the gender of the graduates, 44% are male, 93% of the graduates stated that they were single, 16% of those surveyed stated that they had poor external working conditions, only 10% stated that they had good external working conditions; 50% of graduates have a bachelor's degree and 6% of those surveyed have a master's degree; likewise, that working conditions influence the job satisfaction of UAC graduates. Likewise, the value of R2 was 0.338, which indicates that the model explains 33% of the variability of job satisfaction; while the adjusted R2 had a value of 0.289, which indicates that the variation in the satisfaction of UAC economics graduates is explained in 28.9% by working conditions. On the other hand, the Pearson correlation value (R = 0.581) with a significance level at 95% confidence. Finally, it is concluded that working conditions positively influence the job satisfaction of UAC graduates who work in a certain workplace; that is to say, that in the face of an improvement in working conditions, the job satisfaction of the graduates of the economics career will increase.
