Habilidades sociales y tutoría docente en el área personal y académica en el Instituto Pedagógico Público Santa Rosa de Cusco, 2016.

Abstract

Se realizó la presente investigación con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre habilidades sociales y tutoría docente en el área personal y académica en el Instituto Pedagógico Público Santa Rosa – Cusco. Se aplicó los instrumentos a una muestra representativa de profesores del Instituto Pedagógico Público Santa Rosa – Cusco los test de habilidades sociales y de tutoría Docente. Los Docentes formadores del Instituto Pedagógico Público Santa Rosa del Cusco con habilidades sociales de nivel bajo, en un 55,6% desarrollan tutoría Docente de nivel malo y en 44,4% de nivel regular; en cambio los docentes con habilidades sociales de nivel alto en un 75% presentan tutoría Docente de nivel Bueno. De la prueba chi-cuadrado al 95% de confianza se concluye que existe relación entre las habilidades sociales y la Tutoría Docente en los docentes formadores del Instituto Pedagógico Publico Santa Rosa del Cusco - 2016 (pvalor=0,02<0,05). El grado de relación entre las habilidades sociales y la tutoría Docente en los docentes formadores del Instituto Pedagógico Publico Santa Rosa del Cusco - 2016 es de 53,5%.

The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the relationship between social skills and tutoring in the personal and academic area at the Santa Rosa - Cusco Public Pedagogical Institute. The instruments were applied to a representative sample of teachers of the Public Pedagogical Institute of Santa Rosa - Cusco, the social skills and tutorial teacher tests. Teachers of the Public Pedagogical Institute of Santa Rosa del Cusco with low level social skills in 55.6% develop teaching tutorial of bad level and 44.4% of regular level; On the other hand, teachers with high level social skills in 75% present Good level teacher mentoring. From the chi-square test to 95% confidence it is concluded that there is a relationship between social skills and Teaching Mentoring in the teachers of the Pedagogical Institute Santa Rosa del Cusco - 2016 (p-value = 0.02 <0.05). The degree of relationship between social skills and teacher tutoring in teachers of the Pedagogical Institute of Santa Rosa del Cusco - 2016 is 53.5%.
