Niveles de Habilidades Sociales y Características del Emprendimiento, en jóvenes del Proyecto de Inserción Laboral Juvenil de la Municipalidad del Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “nivel de habilidades sociales y características del emprendimiento, en jóvenes del Proyecto de inserción laboral juvenil de la Municipalidad del Cusco 2017”, se desarrolló con el objetivo de establecer la relación entre los niveles de habilidades sociales características del emprendimiento; la investigación corresponde al tipo de estudio descriptivo – correlacional. La población estuvo constituida por 360 jóvenes de 14 a 29 años de edad, a las cuales se les aplico el cuestionario de habilidades sociales de Goldstein y CPS 85 – emprendimiento. El análisis de los resultados se hizo a través del paquete estadístico SPSS , mediante la Tau b de Kendall con un nivel de confianza del 95%. En los resultados se determinó que al 95% de confiabilidad, donde las habilidades sociales en jóvenes del Proyecto de inserción laboral juvenil de la Municipalidad del Cusco, no presentaron relación significativa con las características del emprendimiento.

The present research entitled “level of social skills and characteristics of entrepreneurship, in young people of the Project of youth labor insertion of the Municipality of Cusco 2017“, was developed with the aim of establishing the relationship between the levels of social skills and the characteristics of entrepreneurship; the investigation corresponds to the type of descriptive - correlational study. The population was constituted by 360 young people from 14 to 29 years of age, to whom the social skills questionnaire of Goldstein and CPS 85 - entrepreneurship was applied. The analysis of the results was done through the statistical package SPSS , through the Tau b of Kendall with a confidence level of 95%. In the results it was determined that at 95% of reliability, where the social skills in young people of the Youth Labor Insertion Project of the Municipality of Cusco, did not shown a significant relationship with the characteristics of the entrepreneurship.
