In this thesis work, an investigation was carried out on the administration of working capital in the association of bakers “NUEVO AMANECER“ district Abancay- Apurímac, period 2016; information that is not counted and that to the employers themselves it seems unnecessary from their point of view. That is why we consider it important to investigate how the management of working capital is being carried out by the partners, since there is a deficiency in the management of their current accounts of assets and liabilities that form part of the capital of the company with the which carries out its operations. The objective was to determine the situation of the administration of working capital in the bakery companies of the “Nuevo Amanecer“ Association of Abancay-Apurímac in the 2016 period. The focus of the research is quantitative and the descriptive design is not experimental. The population was constituted by 40 bakeries to which a survey was applied, composed of key questions, with which they were able to answer our questions. Concluding that the administration of working capital in the bakery companies of the “Nuevo Amanecer“ association of Abancay-Apurímac in the 2016 period, is developing inefficiently and this may cause in the long run the capital increase necessary to carry out its operations, Therefore, the lower the profitability of the companies and the greater their bankruptcy risks.
