Los costos de operación de servicio de lavandería por kilos y la fijación de precios y tarifas en las Mypes de las calles Plateros y Saphy- Cusco periodo 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título “LOS COSTOS DE OPERACIÓN DE SERVICIO DE LAVANDERIA POR KILOS Y LA FIJACION DE PRECIOS Y TARIFAS EN LAS MYPES DE LAS CALLES PLATEROS Y SAPHY –CUSCO PERIODO 2015” tiene por objeto establecer los costos de operación de servicios de lavanderías por kilos y su intervención en la fijación de precios y tarifas en las MYPES de las calles Plateros y Saphy - Cusco, periodo 2015. El presente estudio tiene el alcance descriptivo, con diseño no experimental transeccional y enfoque cuantitativo (Hernández Sampieri 2014) La población está constituida por las empresas dedicadas al servicio de lavado en las calles Plateros y Saphy de la ciudad del Cusco en número de (10) y el tamaño de la muestra está constituido por la totalidad de la población, resultando la muestra censal. Las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron: recopilación documental, la encuesta y entrevista, los datos han sido procesados con el programa SPSS. El presente estudio consta de cinco capítulos: El capítulo I – Introducción: está orientado al planteamiento del problema, justificación y objetivos de la investigación. El capítulo II - Marco Teórico, encierra: Antecedentes de la investigación, bases teóricas, hipótesis y variables. El capítulo III - Diseño Metodológico, que contiene: Alcance de la investigación, población y muestra, y técnicas de recolección de datos. El capítulo IV – Resultados, que contiene: Tablas y gráficos con las respectivas interpretaciones. El capítulo V - Discusión: Análisis, comparación Las conclusiones evidencian los objetivos planteados en la investigación, es así que la conclusión principal a que se ha arribado en la presente investigación es como sigue: En la lavandería lavacusco, determina sus costos de manera empírica, por imitación y por acuerdo con sus pares en lo que a precio se refiere es decir existe una especie de concertación entre los que realizan esta actividad en las calles de plateros y Saphy del cercado de Cusco y determinan además sus costos por simple sumatoria alcanzando el 50% de los encuestados, el 30% por tanteo en base a sus materiales y el 20% recurre a su experiencia, para fijar sus precios prácticamente el 100% afirma que es de acuerdo a sus pares y/o por concertación; podemos observar en las tablas 3,4 y 13.

Chapter III - Methodological Design, which contains: Scope of research, population and sample, and techniques of data collection. Chapter IV - Results, which contains: Tables and graphs with the respective interpretations.
