The main objective of this research work aimed at the implementation of the Sub Specialty in the Judicial District of Cusco, so that compliance with the principle of predictability by ensuring the effectiveness of legal judgment, because judicial operators are properly trained to issue decisions best practices in unique process of implementation. There are currently 5 Civil Courts within which they generate very often inadequate judicial resolutions that affect and violate the due process as well as vigilant against the principle of economy and celerity in the field of unique process of implementation. This research was developed in the following way: The theoretical bases were divided into three parts, the first refers to the judicial execution, basic notions. The second part on the unique process of implementation (obligation to sum of money) and the last part on Trade Jurisdiction in Peru. Deepened with verifiable data and demonstrated the existence of the problem that motivated the present investigation. Finally, it is necessary that the implementation of the Sub Specialty in the Judicial District of Cusco.
