Control interno en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi, período 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título: “Control Interno en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad provincial de Quispicanchi en el periodo 2020.” Tiene por objetivo Determinar el control interno y la gestión que existe en la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi en el periodo 2020. El estudio es El presente trabajo de investigación es de diseño no experimental, pues se realizará sin manipular deliberadamente la variable, del mismo modo es transversal porque los datos se recogerán en un momento o tiempo único de alcance descriptivo, el trabajo de investigación corresponde a un estudio de tipo básico ya que trabaja sobre realidades de hecho, debido a que se hacen con el propósito de dar a conocer sobre los factores que determinan la implementación del sistema de control interno, llegando a la conclusión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Quispicanchi, carece de un adecuado control interno, por lo tanto, no impacta en la gestión administrativa municipal, el cual también es ineficiente, los componentes del control interno no están operando eficientemente, pues los resultados encontrados no son favorables y, por lo tanto, requiere de una implementación del sistema de control interno que asegure el buen desarrollo de las funciones establecidas como municipalidad y mejorara en la gestión.

The study is The present research work is of non-experimental design, since it will be carried out without deliberately manipulating the variable, in the same way it is cross-sectional because the data will be collected at a single moment or time of correlational scope, the research work corresponds to a study of a basic type since it works on factual realities, because they are done with the purpose of making known about the factors that determine the implementation of the internal control system, reaching the conclusion of the Provincial Municipality of Quispicanchi, lacks adequate internal control, therefore, it does not impact on municipal administrative management, which is also inefficient, the control components internal companies are not operating efficiently, since the results found are not favorable and, therefore, require an Implementation of the internal control system that ensures the proper development of the functions established as a municipality and improves management.
