This thesis entitled: “Analysis of the full-time working day of disabled workers in public entities of the city of Cusco“ has as problem what is the treatment of the full-time working day of disabled workers in public entities of The city of Cusco?, To answer the problem of research, the objective is to know what is the treatment of the full-time working day of disabled workers in public entities of the city of Cusco. The full-time working day of disabled workers in public entities in the city of Cusco, does not establish their own and particular criteria when they are in a special situation, physical or mental, so it must be regulated differently. The thesis has a quantitative approach, because the conclusions are interpretive and systemic analysis of the phenomenon of full-time workday; likewise, it is descriptive, because it corresponds to a non-experimental investigation, the population of disabled workers in the city of Cusco is 784 people. Therefore, the sample is 50 workers, which represents 10% of the population to which a closed questionnaire was applied. From the present investigation, the following conclusion was reached, that the majority of disabled workers in public entities of the city of Cusco have a sporadic employment contract where no special benefits are expressed (accessibility, specialized health care, work schedule, remuneration, work materials, among others) for their condition, where the areas in which they work do not require specialized academic training, without considering that some of the workers have an academic or technical preparation for their work development.
