Habilidades blandas y las expectativas laborales de los estudiantes del décimo ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Educación de la Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco, 2019

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre las habilidades blandas y las expectativas laborales de los estudiantes del décimo ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Educación de la Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco, 2019. El trabajo de investigación fue de diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 80 estudiantes del último ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Educación de la Universidad de San Antonio Abad del Cusco. Para el proceso de la recolección de los datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y se hizo uso de dos instrumentos para medir tanto las habilidades blandas las expectativas laborales. Haciendo uso de pruebas estadísticas (estadística descriptiva e inferencial), se demostró que existe una relación directa y significativa entre las variables de habilidades blandas y expectativas laborales; también se pudo comprobar la intensidad de la relación de las dimensiones de ambas variables intervinientes en la investigación. Sobre las conclusiones se demostró que mientras mayores son las habilidades blandas, mayores son las expectativas laborales de los estudiantes que ejercerán la profesión docente.

The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between soft skills and job expectations of the students of the tenth cycle of the Professional School of Education of the San Antonio Abad National University of Cusco, 2019. The research work was non- experimental design and correlational scope. The study population was made up of 80 students from the last cycle of the Professional School of Education of the University of San Antonio Abad of Cusco. For the data collection process, the survey technique was applied and two instruments were used to measure both soft skills and job expectations. Using statistical tests (descriptive statistics and inferences), it was shown that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables soft skills and job expectations; it was also possible to verify the intensity of the relationship of the intervening dimensions. Regarding the conclusions, it was shown that the greater the soft skills, the greater the job expectations of the students who will exercise the teaching profession.
