Entitled research: “PREDICTION OF ULTRASOUND AND OTHER METHODS FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE PROBABLE DATE OF BIRTH REGIONAL HOSPITAL CUSCO, 2016 “, had as objective: determine the prediction of the probable date of birth through ultrasound and other methods in pregnant women attending the Regional Hospital of the 2016 Cusco. The applied methodology was: descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study. Results: 56.90% of pregnant women were between 18 and 29 years old; 39.80% of pregnant women had full secondary education; 67.80% is of civil cohabiting status; 47.40% were nulliparous; 34.60% had an average duration of gestation of 39 to 39.6 weeks; the average gestation was 39.6 weeks. It was found that the calculation of the probable date of delivery according to: Naegele formula differs in 52% of the cases in +/- 2 to 10 days; in 29% of cases it presents a difference of +/- 11 to 29 days and only in 19% of cases does it show greater capacity for accurate prediction with 0 to +/- 1 day; according to Wahl's formula it differs in 61% of cases in +/- 2 to 10 days; in 32% of cases it presents a difference of +/- 11 to 29 days and only in 5% of cases it shows greater capacity of accurate prediction with 0 to +/- 1 day, according to the formula of Pinard it differs in 46% of cases in +/- 2 to 10 days; in 38% of cases it presents a difference of +/- 11 to 29 days and only in 13% of cases does it show greater capacity of accurate prediction with 0 to +/- 1 day; according to the Gestogram it differs in 53% of the cases in +/- 2 to 10 days; in 29% of cases it presents a difference of +/- 11 to 29 days and only in 17% of cases it shows greater capacity of accurate prediction with 0 to +/- 1 day and by evaluation ultrasound in pregnant women differs in 48% of cases in +/- 2 to 10 days; in 16% of cases it presents a difference of +/- 11 to 29 days and in 35% of cases it shows greater capacity of accurate prediction with 0 to +/- 1 day. Conclusion: Based on the results the calculation of the due date for Ultrasound assessment in pregnant women attending the Regional Hospital of Cusco, turned out to be having better prediction.
