The present research work entitled "Vulneration of the Personal Integrity of the Child Worker dedicated to outpatient commerce between Monjaspata streets and the Paraíso shopping center in the District of Santiago - Cusco in the year 2023", has had the general problem of describing and identifying How the personal integrity of children and adolescents is violated. In the methodological field, the techniques and instruments that were used in this research for the collection of information and data collection allowed us to develop a more technical work, according to the guidelines of scientific research. Likewise, a qualitative approach was applied, using data collection through interview guides. The surveys were extracted based on the statistical program SPSS version 26, using graphs with the respective percentages of the information collected, and the Chi2 test was used to analyze the differences between the categorical variables in the same target population. The results of the field work showed the harsh reality of minors engaged in outpatient work, and in this scenario some level of protection is required, especially related to aspects that include their integrity. For this reason, we propose a legislative initiative that considers as part of the regulation of child labor the traveling minors who engage in this activity mainly with their parents. Although outpatient activity involves other structural issues such as the economy, employment policies, education politics, among others. This does not mean that minors engaged in outpatient activities with their parents do not require levels of legal protection due to the nature of the activity they carry out at such a young age. In the same way, the places in the public space where they carry out outpatient activities mean that they are exposed to significant levels of violation, which is why it is necessary that the superior principle of the child is also a foundation for the recognition and protection of the rights that we propose. as a recommendation of this investigation, this through a legislative initiative.
