The purpose of this research work was to describe the alternative conflict resolution mechanisms, “judicial and extrajudicial conciliation” in the judicial processes of Tambopata – Madre de Dios 2023, a process developed by the judiciary and the extrajudicial conciliation centers. The main objective of the study was to analyze judicial and extrajudicial conciliation processes as effective conflict resolution mechanisms aimed at reducing the procedural burden in the judicial processes of Tambopata 2023. The type of research is characterized by applying the qualitative approach at a descriptive level with an action research type study design, the technique used was documentary analysis and content analysis, 01 interview matrix applied to 05 was used as a research instrument judicial specialists and 02 specialists from extrajudicial conciliation centers. The work concludes with the validation of the hypothesis stated, stating that judicial and extrajudicial conciliation is an effective conflict resolution mechanism that allows reducing the procedural burden in judicial processes in the province of Tambopata. This result is the product of the analysis of 07 interviews applied to specialists from the judiciary and conciliation specialists from extrajudicial conciliation centers in the department of Madre de Dios. Likewise, the study manages to answer through the analysis of each of the questions posed in the interview matrix, which according to their distribution respond to the four specific objectives, clarifying this conflict resolution mechanism. It is also necessary to mention that according to the analysis there is no adequate promotion of the development of these processes, but it is clear that if there were they would significantly reduce the procedural burden faced by our court and therefore that of the different courts in our country.
