The general objective of this research was to establish how Internal Control is related to the Missionary Processes of the National Solidarity Assistance Program Pension 65 in the Cusco Territorial Unit, period 2019-2020, it is a study with a quantitative approach with a level of correlational research, with a non-experimental design and correlational design that allows knowing the association of the variables Internal Control and Missional Processes and their corresponding dimensions. The technique used was Document Analysis, Survey and Observation; The data collection instruments used were Data Recording Form and Questionnaires; 01 Questionnaire was used for the Internal Control variable and 01 Questionnaire for the Missionary Processes variable. Before applying the questionnaires to the target population, their reliability and validity were determined; To determine reliability, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used, for which the Questionnaires were applied to a pilot sample made up of 15 people; The validation of the Questionnaires and the Data Recording Form was carried out through Expert Judgment, the presence of agreement between the validating judges was determined using the Fleiss Kappa Agreement coefficient. The data were obtained through the application of questionnaires to a census population of 26 male and female employees of the Cusco Territorial Unit. The results in Internal Control showed that 57.7% of those surveyed consider it Good and 11.5% Poor; while, in relation to Missionary Processes, 73.1% consider it Good and 15.4% Deficient. The hypothesis test, at 95% Confidence and a Significance Level of 5%, was carried out with Spearman's Rho Statistical test, which results in a coefficient of 0.659, which indicates a level of regular and direct correlation, with a p value. of 0.000 (p < 0.05). It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between Internal Control and Missionary Processes, that is, the better the Internal Control is carried out, the better the Missionary Processes of the National Solidarity Assistance Program Pensión 65 are executed in the Cusco Territorial Unit period 2019, 2020.
