The study titled "ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE TOWARDS VACCINATION IN MOTHERS OF CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS ATTENDING THE QUILLABAMBA HOSPITAL CUSCO 2023" aimed to determine the attitudes and practices towards vaccination among mothers of children under 36 months who visit the Quillabamba Hospital Cusco in 2023. The methodology employed was quantitative, with a descriptive scope, non-experimental design, and crosssectional approach. The sample consisted of 113 mothers of children under 36 months, who were administered a structured questionnaire. The general characteristics of the mothers showed that 41.6% were aged between 25 to 35 years; 58.4% were cohabiting; 46.0% had completed secondary and higher education respectively; 62.8% spoke only Spanish; 43.4% reported having one child, and 43.4% were homemakers. In the cognitive dimension, 76.1% of the mothers had a regular attitude, 16.8% had a good attitude, and 7.1% had a poor attitude. In the behavioral dimension, 62.0% had a good attitude, 32.7% had a regular attitude, and 5.3% had a poor attitude. In the emotional dimension, 63.7% had a good attitude, 33.6% had a regular attitude, and 2.7% had a poor attitude. In terms of attitudes towards vaccination, 92.9% of the mothers showed a regular attitude towards vaccination, 4.4% good, and 2.7% poor. On the other hand, regarding practice, 84.1% of the mothers exhibited adequate practices towards vaccination, and 15.9% inadequate.
