This research has as its Purpose, to determine the impact of safety management indicators on the implementation of the safety plan at work on the site: improvement of health services in the district of llusco, province of Chumbivilcas,2019. To this end, a non-probabilistic sample was taken, with a population of 50 workers, taking a quantitative approach of the type of research applied, with a pre-experimental design of longitudinal cutting to the same population of workers, with the techniques of documentary review, personal interview and observation guides went through film and photographic records. The impact of the occupational safety plan promotes a culture of occupational risk prevention, promoting safe and healthy work allowing to identify and control risks in work and thus minimize accidents on site, according to Law No. 29783 Occupational Safety and Health Act, which requires all organizations to set minimum standards for the prevention of occupational hazards. The results of the analysis of the impact of security management indicators on the implementation of the security plan, from July to September 2018, to the period from January to March 2019, were achieved a significant reduction in the frequency at 57%, severity rate 62% and accident rate 84% of accidents with lost times, So it is concluded that the implementation of the safety plan, during the construction stage and then had a positive impact on the indicators of safety management in the work Improving Health Services in the District of Llusco Province of Chumbivilcas“,2019.
