OBJECTIVE: Identify the maternal benefits in pregnant women who attended prenatal care accompanied by their partner. at the CLASS Anta 2020 Health Center MATERIAL AND METHODS: It is a cross-sectional, prospective, analytical study of cases and controls composed of 64 pregnant women who attended their prenatal care accompanied by their partner at the CLAS Anta Health Center between August and December 2020, of which 32 (case group) had partner support and 32 (control group) did not have partner support. After going to the statistics of the CLAS Anta Health Center and reviewing the clinical records, Partogram, which were tabulated in tables in the SPSS version 2.5 program, the following data was obtained. RESULTS: The maternal benefits in pregnant women who had their prenatal care accompanied by their partner were: Age 19 to 34 years 88%, Marital status; cohabitant 56%, Secondary education level 63%, Occupation: Dependent and independent 44%, Origin of urban area 75%, Gestational age from 37 to 40 weeks 81%, Prenatal care from 5 to more 69%, Start of spontaneous labor 94%, eutocic delivery 94%. CONCLUSIONS: The prenatal care support of pregnant women who attended the Clas Anta Health Center had a positive result for the Mother, Father and Child triad. Having had a statistical value of the chisquare whose result P= Value 0.0491 was significantly positive and (OR= 3.46) From which we can infer that for each birth accompanied by the partner it positively influences times more than a labor alone.
