Título: Implicancias legales de la violencia familiar sobre los derechos de niños y adolescentes en el distrito de Santa Ana, provincia de La Convención, Cusco - 2018

Resumen: The present research had the general objective of identifying and analyzing the legal implications of family violence in children and adolescents in the Santa Ana district, La Convencion province, Cusco - 2018. The specific objective refers to determining what amendments should be made to Law No. 30364 and its regulations to prevent and better deal with the consequences of family violence in children and adolescents. It was postulated as a general hypothesis that the legal implications of family violence in children and adolescents in the district of Santa Ana, province of La Convencion, Cusco - 2018, are probably serious effects on their fundamental rights to physical and psychological integrity, to a good treatment and to free development and well-being. Within the theoretical framework, pertinent theory of Family Law and the Principle of Protection of the best interest of the child was developed and analyzed. The research was qualitative documentary, the discussion of the results was carried out through legal argumentation based on theoretical and factual data. The hypotheses were validated and the main conclusion reached was: "The legal implications of family violence in children and adolescents in the district of Santa Ana, province of La Convencion, Cusco - 2018, are serious effects on their fundamental rights to physical integrity and psychological, to a good treatment and to the free development and well-being. The fundamental recommendation is directed to the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations, in the sense of implementing state policies to reinforce the special protection that must be provided to minors who are victims of family violence directly or indirectly, through talks informative and above all educational in relation to the role of parents and society in the care of children and adolescents.
